  • We're Adding Fitness Classes in La Crosse, WI- We will be adding a Monday/Wednesday class at 5:30pm. This will be in addition to our regular Tuesday/Thursday a.m. and p.m. options

  • Now you can take 3 classes during the week from Monday-Thursday With the addition of Monday/Wednesday classes you can now fit 1,2, or 3 classes into your weekly workout schedule.

One more day of Core Exercise fitness classes can make a noticeable difference in your workout fitness results.

Here’s some important things you should know about the Core Exercise classes:

  • You don’t have to be in shape to get started. You only have to want to make some positive changes in your life.
  • You don’t have to worry about keeping up with anyone or feeling out of place. You give it your best and do only what you can do at the pace that you can do it at. Sticking to this simple formula will guarantee you results because the exercises are as close to a Can’t Miss to getting you great results as anything you’ve ever done.

So how many times should you come to class per week? Here’s some ideas for you

One Time Per Week- You’ve got a tight schedule and you find it hard to commit to a program two or three fitness classes per week. That’s o.k. One class per week gives you an opportunity to get your feet wet and feel some of the energy and great results of the Core Exercise program. This is a must try opportunity if you only have one time per week to commit.

Two Times Per Week- This is the most popular plan. Students choose from two fitness classes per week and you can mix and match classes at either our La Crosse locations. Two times per week will help you experience some outstanding fitness results. You will become healthier and stronger and you will be amazed at how great you feel.

Three Times Per Week- This is the option for students who want to get the absolute most from their Core Exercise Training program. Now you have 2 different ways to get 3 fitness workouts per week.

  • Choose from any 3 workouts from Monday-Thursday. We ask that you try to stick to the same schedule each week.
  • Choose from 2 workouts during the week and then add a Saturday morning workout of hitting the heavy bag at our Martial Arts America location in the Jackson Plaza. (Note- We will need a minimum of 10 people for the Saturday morning class to continue and there is also an additional charge of $29 for new participants to the class to cover the cost of your boxing gloves)
